Condition:  Good. Folded in six. Moderate handling wear with significant creasing and bumping of bottom edge of recto with 8 mm. and 4 mm. tears to bottom edge. Bumping of top edge with a 3.1 xm. dog-ear to upper left corner and a 1.3 cm. black fingerprint mark on recto, otherwise clean and unmarked. Only other documented copies held by University of Iowa Special Collections and Simon Fraser University Library.
