Condition:  Good. Folded into four as issued. Handwritten note in pen written by Frances Hynes. 4.5 cm. dog-ear to upper left corner and light edge-wear with wear at fold edges. 3 cm., 1.7 cm., and 1.5 cm. of yellow soiling to recto. Light overall rubbing and yellowing of verso.
