Condition:  Good. Mailed copy with mailing marks and mailing wear, folded in three as issued. 2 mm., 4 mm., 1 mm., 1 mm. and 2.6 cm. of yellow soiling to recto. 5 mm. tear to right side edge of page with light bumping of corners and yellowing of bottom edge of page.
