Condition:  Fair / Good. Gallery copy with post-it notes on the majority of pages with prices of works penciled in. Significant curl to recto, 2.6 cm. tear to bottom edge of recto and 1.1 cm. tear to top left corner. Discoloration of covers and wear to spine. 1.4 cm. and 5 mm. tears to title page edge, with additional soiling including 1.4 cm. and 2.3 cm. marks. Light yellowing and rubbing of page 3. Page 92 has separated from binding and has significant edge-wear including 1.3 cm., 9 mm., 2 mm. (x 3) and 3 mm. tears and a 3 mm. yellow stain. Yellow staining to pages 90 and 93 with a 9 mm. pen mark on page 93.
