Two 5 cm. spots of shallow tearing to top layer of paper on verso, possibly from adhesive used to keep poster closed during mailing. Folded into quarters as issued. 7 mm. tear to bottom edge of page along fold. Recto has 5 mm. of yellowing to center of poster bled through from a darker spot on verso. Two 1 cm. areas of yellowing on verso.
