Program indexes participants in "Asphodel" as production by Jerry Benjamin, music by John Herbert McDowell and design by Andy Warhol. Actors were Melanie York, Henry Calvert, Jane Moultrie, Maurey Haydn, John Worden, Saralee, Madeline Carr, Jennie Franklin, and Paul Knowles. Stage manager Jessie Saunders, lighting Neville Powers, and production assistance by Gerard Malanga, Clyde Murray, and Elwyn Chamberlain. Also contains biographic notes "Andy Warhol's paintings have appeared in group exhibits in The National Gallery of Art, Sidney Janus [sic. Janis] Gallery, The Guggenheim Museum, The Museum of Modern Art, and at the Grahame Gallery. He will be having three one man exhibits between Sept. 30th and May 31st at the Terrus [sic. Ferus] Gallery (Los Angeles), Illena Sonoband [sic. Sonnabend] (Paris), and at the Stable Gallery (New York). He has just completed a painting of Edwin Denby and Gerard Malanga for the cover of 'C Magazine's special issue on the poetry of Edwin Denby, edited by Ted Besrigan [sic. Berrigan], with an introduction by John Wieners."
