Condition:  Good. Rubbing to spine and edges and 1 cm. area of yellow soiling to recto. Light yellowing of page edges from age. Includes edit of exhibition checklist handwritten in pen - name crossed out and replaced with "Berkeley Museum." Includes original newspaper clippings from the New York Post, "A portrait of the Artist: Tortured and Talented" by Joyce Purnick (December 13, 1972) and New York Times, "A Career Cut Short by Death" by Hilton Kramer (December 17, 1972) about the exhibition at the Guggenheim and Hesse's work and life as well as two xeroxedf excerpts from her notebooks, possibly given out as part of the exhibition.
