Flyer text includes, "We demand: Meaningful Civil Rights Legislation, Massive Federal Works Program, Full and Fair Employment, Decent Housing, The Right to Vote, Adequate Integrated Education." Noted speakers on flyer include Mathew Ahmann, Eugene Carson Blake, James Farmer, Martin Luther King, Jr., John Lewis, Joachim Prinz, A. Philip Randolph, Walter Reuther, Roy Wilkins, and Whitney Young. This march culminated at mass protest in front of the Lincoln Memorial where King delivered his "I Have a Dream" speech. Not noted on flyer, the event also included musical performances by Joan Baez, Bob Dylan, and Peter, Paul and Mary.
