Also includes general organizing ideas and media organization. On the eighth page there is an excerpt from article "The Con Game of Withdrawal From Vietnam" in I.F. Stone's Weekly. Additionally there's a "Broad Cross Section of Moratorium Day Activities" and a "New Order Form for Buttons, Bumper Stickers, Decals, Posters and Brochures."
