Men's paper suit jacket and pants made with the sewn together text of Kenneth Goldsmith's Fidget piece which consisted of a web site, a performance, an installation, a pamphlet and a book. The project began with a 13 hour performance in the artists apartment on Bloomsday, June 16, 1997 in which Goldsmith narrated every movement of his body into a tape recorder. The fidget suits were produced in conjunction with an exhibition held at Printed Matter, Inc. in 1998. Twelve suits were produced, each unique suit with the text of one hour of the performance printed on the paper from which it was constructed.
