Exhibition announcement / multiple published in conjunction with show held at Ubu Gallery, New York, October 28 - December 12, 1995. Exhibition information is printed in black ink on a clear plastic bag. The bag contains Edition Ubu #6, a bloodied key with a printed manila tag conceived of by Yoko Ono (and designed by Eileen Boxer) that "relates to the blood objects from family album." Also includes a single sided card / invitation to a private reception in honor of Yoko Ono held at the gallery on October 27, 1995, the evening before her exhibition opening.
