Condition: Good. Folded in two with a 5 cm. stain to recto with additional small stains measuring 1 mm. - 5 mm. "OK" written and circled in red ink on page three measuring 2.2 cm. 2 mm. 2 mm. indentation and soiling to verso with additional 1 mm. marks of soiling to verso and overall rubbing.
