Untitled (ex libris)

description

An archival box containing apx. 250 "ex libris" bookplates, plus a single signed and numbered "ex libris" and a colophon page. The ex libris is a facsimile story cut out of The New York Times describing a boy left in a Brooklyn trash can and a goofy drawing of a dog with a newspaper in its mouth.

Published as part of a series of individually issued "ex libris" projects by Larry Clark, Francesco Clemente, Eric Fischl, Gober, Jenny Holzer, Claes Oldenburg, Faith Ringgold, and Nancy Spero in 1991 and 1992.
