Large-scale artist's book by Nelson Howe with computer programer Steve Hesterman composed of approximately 1,000 page print out from an RCA Spectra 70 Computer on unlined computer machine feed paper bound in a pressboard binder. Publication consists of permutations on a 4 by 4 square composed of 36 dots manipulated across a grid of 8 by 8 squares per page over the approximately 1,000 pages. Only two copies located in WorldCat, with one held of the Library of The Museum of Modern Art, New York, and the other in the collection of the Getty Research Institute.
