Condition: Fair / Good. 1.3 cm. tear to right side edge of recto with connecting 2.3 cm. crease. 2.3 cm. paperclip indentation to recto through to inside pages. Rubbing of cover edges and light bumping of corners. Rubbing of end papers with red from the covers. Heavily marked contents with notations and circling of text in black and blue ink throughout. Includes photocopy of a furniture price list with handwritten note in blue ink. Sold "as-is."
