Unattributed, single sided, letter dated June 19, 1989, sent to friends and / or acquaintances of Bob Flanagan seeking "anonymous assemblage of comment and reflections by people who have come in and out of Bob's life." Responses were to be included in Flanagan's unpublished autobiographical book to be titled "The Book of Medicine."
