Condition:  Good. Mailed copy with mailing marks and mailing wear including a torn closure sticker, moderate to severe dinging and handling wear, and light yellow soiling of verso. Folded in 8 as issued. Five 1 mm. tears along bottom edge of recto. Recto is clean and unmarked.
