Condition:  Good. Folded in two. Moderate yellowing of paper from age and overall bumping and tearing of page edges including a 5 mm. tear to spine and a 1.5 cm. loss to tail edge of recto. Interior pages folded at an angle. 1 cm. stain to recto and to page 5. Few closed 14 cm. rips to interior pages.
