Condition:  Poor / Good. 3 cm., 1.8 cm., and 8 mm. crease to bottom right corner of recto. Light yellow soiling and dusting of recto with yellow spotting across verso. Rubbing of covers and corners. 4 cm. surface tear to spine. 6 cm. yellow moisutre stain to bottom left corner of first page, carrying through to subsequent pages with light surface tearing of pages which had stuck together and been pulled apart, present on all pages.
