Moderate wear to envelope including bumping of edges and corners, light yellowing, light overall soiling, 3.3 cm. tear to left side edge, 5 mm. tear to bottom edge, and multiple tears to right side edge measuring 1.7 cm., 1.5 cm., 4.5 cm., 1.1 cm. and 1.9 cm. Very light bumping of corners of contents, otherwise clean and unmarked.
